The themes and moods of classic pieces come to life through the characters and events of stories. Staged with puppets, storyteller, piano and percussion, audiences will enjoy hearing and seeing music re-imagined. Pieces include: The Sorcerer's Cauldron, with story by Tom Knight and Christine Olson, and music by Albert Elmenreich and William Gillock. Anitra the Ladybug, story by Tom Knight, and music by Edvard Grieg, from his Peer Gynt Suite. Peter and the Wolf, music by Sergei Prokofiev, arranged for piano 4-hands and percussion, with full puppet show |
